Dr. Kevin Packingham and his wife, as Founders and Executive Directors, established our foundation with a vision of continuing Monseñor Julián Barni Spotti's legacy of bringing healthcare to rural Nicaragua. Their leadership is sustained and expanded by an extraordinary network of volunteers, donors, and supporters whose collective commitment transforms the foundation's humanitarian goals into tangible impact.
